5. Pricing Error. kwik kardz reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at any time. We reserve the right to alter product prices on the website to reflect any increase in the cost of the products for reasons beyond our reasonable control. This may include (but is not limited to) pricing mistakes, tax or other duty increases. While kwik kardz makes every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up to date at all times, sometimes errors beyond our control do occur and the prices stated are incorrect. In the event a kwik kardz product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or other circumstances beyond our control, kwik kardz will contact you via email to discuss the pricing error before we proceed with your order, or notify you of the error and cancel your order. kwik kardz shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, kwik kardz shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
6. Disclaimer. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.

10. Payments. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

This Site may include statements concerning our operations, prospects, strategies, financial condition, future economic performance and demand for our products or services, as well as our intentions, plans and objectives that are forward-looking statements. 13. Return Policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You must contact kwik kardz at kwikhelp@kwikkardz.com within five (5) days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted after fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. Any returns must be in original packaging and should be returned in the same condition the merchandise was received. kwikkardz will not be responsible for reimbursement of any original shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for any costs to ship your return back to us.
14. Verify Members' Address: kwikkardz.com reserves the right to contact a customer via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the customer's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the customer with the information he or she requested from kwikkardz.com.
15. Colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
