Q: How many cards can I create from a kit?
A: Each kit contains sixteen (16) A2 blank cards in four (4) coordinating colors. However, With the abundance of embellishments included in each kit, you will be able to create a lot more. You can order additional packages of notecards and embellishments as needed. Choose from the four (4) season kits we offer.

Q: How many embellishments are in a kit?
A: There are more than seventy (70) embellishments in a kit. You will receive an assortment of embellishments appropriate for occasions such as birthdays, friendship, thank you, plus other fun, inspiring and motivating expressions and greetings. You can order additional embellishments if you need more.

Q: How are the embellishments made?
A: All embellishments are hand-crafted from craft paper. Shapes are punched, words are stamped using a unique font and then embossed. Double-sided adhesive is placed on the back of the embellishment for ease of use by customers. No machines are involved; hence, no two embellishments are completely alike, making each kit completely unique.

Q: Can I request a personalized customized order?
A: Yes. If you would like specific colors, sayings or products, please go to our Customization page and complete the form at the bottom of the page with specific details of your request. We will respond to you with additional details and a quote.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax will apply to customers in California.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: We only ship within the U.S. and to Canada at this time but will open to other countries in the future.

Q: How much do you charge for S&H?
A: We normally ship USPS and will charge for shipping costs based on your purchase total. Customers within the U.S. will have the choice between USPS standard or Priority shipping. Customers in Canada will have their orders shipped via USPS Standard. Shipping and handling costs and methods are outlined below:

Q: How many days will it take to receive my order?
A: Shipments are mailed on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before noon PST/PDT are generally mailed via USPS on our next shipment day. You can request for a quicker delivery for an additional cost by emailing us at kwikhelp@kwikkardz.com

Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: You will receive a confirmation when your order has been sent out or you can contact kwik kardz' customer service at kwikhelp@kwikkardz.com

Q: What if I wish to purchase a large quantity of items?
A: Please contact us at kwikhelp@kwikkardz.com should you wish to purchase more than nine (9) of any of our products.

Q: How do I make payments for my purchase?
A: We accept payments through Paypal. The process is made easy and convenient for you when you checkout.

Q: Is Paypal Secure and Private?
A: Yes, Paypal protects your financial information with industry-leading security fraud prevention systems. When you use Paypal, your financial information is NOT shared with kwik kardz. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction. The information practices of Paypal Inc. have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau's BBB online Privacy Program.

Q: If I don't have a Paypal account, can I still purchase?
A: Yes, you can use a bank account or credit card. You will see these option payment links once you check out.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You must contact kwik kardz at kwikhelp@kwikkardz.com within five (5) days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted after fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. Any returns must be in its original packaging and should be returned in the same condition the merchandise was received. kwikkardz.com will not be responsible for reimbursement of any original shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for any costs to ship your return back to us.
